Pay the Trimkart platform fee to confirm your booking and receive a secure service PIN.

Directions become available after confirmation to help you reach the salon location.

Payment transparency

Trimkart keeps the platform fee separate from the service amount charged by the salon.

Important

Trimkart does not collect the salon's service amount. The customer pays the selected salon directly after receiving the service.

The platform fee, including applicable GST, is paid to Trimkart when required for booking confirmation.

The service amount is paid directly to the salon through a payment method accepted by that salon.

The booking summary clearly separates Trimkart charges from the salon service amount.

Privacy and safety

Customer and salon information is handled according to the platform's privacy and operational policies.

Salon contact details are not displayed to customers before booking.

Customer mobile numbers are not displayed to salon employees.

A four-digit PIN is used to begin a confirmed service.

Past and unavailable time slots cannot be selected.

Directions are unlocked only after booking confirmation.
