Depending on how you use Trimkart, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, account role, profile information and authentication details.

For salon onboarding and business verification, we may collect business details, owner information, address, location coordinates, identity or tax-related information, photographs and supporting documents.

When you use booking services, we may process salon selections, selected services, employee preferences, booking dates, time slots, booking status, platform fee information, service PIN records and support communications.

With your permission, the application may access device location, camera, photo library and notification token only for features that require them.

We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, process salon onboarding, display nearby salons, manage bookings and provide role-specific application features.

Information may also be used to send booking alerts, payment reminders, operational notifications, customer support responses, fraud prevention alerts and important service updates.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand platform performance and improve Trimkart services.

Customer location may be used to display relevant salons within the supported service area. Salon location is collected during onboarding so customers can discover and reach the salon after the required booking confirmation process.

Location access depends on device permission. You may disable location permission through your device settings, but location-based features may not work correctly.

Trimkart may collect an applicable customer platform fee through an authorised payment gateway. Payment providers may process payment identifiers and transaction details under their own privacy and security practices.

The salon service amount is payable directly to the salon. Trimkart does not collect the salon service amount unless a different arrangement is clearly disclosed before payment.

Trimkart does not request or store your UPI PIN, ATM PIN or complete card credentials.

We may share limited information with service providers that support authentication, hosting, database operations, notifications, analytics, maps, payment processing and customer support.

Booking information may be shared with the selected salon and assigned employee only to provide the booked service. Customer contact information should not be displayed to salon employees unless required and lawfully authorised.

We may disclose information when required to comply with applicable legal obligations, protect users, investigate fraud or enforce platform policies.

Trimkart does not sell personal information for unrelated third-party advertising.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain transaction and booking records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements.

Some information may remain in secure backups for a limited period after account deletion. Information that must be retained for legal, fraud prevention or financial record purposes may not be deleted immediately.

Trimkart uses reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their OTP, password, device access and payment credentials.

You may review or update available profile information through the application. Device permissions such as location, camera, photos and notifications can be managed through your device settings.

You may request correction or deletion of eligible personal information by using the official account deletion process or contacting Trimkart support.

Before processing a sensitive request, Trimkart may verify your identity and account ownership.

Trimkart is not designed for independent use by children who cannot legally provide consent. A parent or lawful guardian should supervise any permitted use involving a minor.

If you believe personal information belonging to a child has been collected without appropriate authorisation, contact Trimkart support.

Trimkart may use third-party services for authentication, cloud infrastructure, maps, notifications and payments. Their processing of information is governed by their respective privacy terms.
